Responsibilities : 

  • Filling document
  • Manage general administration
  • To be responsible all of document administration
  • Managing Petty Cash
  • Create daily, weekly or monthly reports of Petty Cash
  • Create Payment Request (PAR) and Purchase Order (PO)
  • Receiving guests and calls

Requirements: 

  • Female
  • Max 25 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least SMU/SMK
  • Good looking
  • Have a good communication skill
  • Computer literate min. Ms. Office
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Fast learner, Honest, accurate, and diligent
  • Able to work as a team or individually
  • Willing to work multi-task
  • Willing to work at Alam Sutera, South Tangerang & Sleman, Yogyakarta
