Responsibilities :
- Filling document
- Manage general administration
- To be responsible all of document administration
- Managing Petty Cash
- Create daily, weekly or monthly reports of Petty Cash
- Create Payment Request (PAR) and Purchase Order (PO)
- Receiving guests and calls
Requirements:
- Female
- Max 25 years old
- Candidate must possess at least SMU/SMK
- Good looking
- Have a good communication skill
- Computer literate min. Ms. Office
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fast learner, Honest, accurate, and diligent
- Able to work as a team or individually
- Willing to work multi-task
- Willing to work at Alam Sutera, South Tangerang & Sleman, Yogyakarta
