Responsibilities: 

  • Handling online helpdesk with internal system/application
  • Handling ticket and hotel reservation
  • Responsible in refund, rebook, reroute and reschedule as customers request
  • Monitor pending reservation, waiting list, time limits, etc
  • Build a good relationship with sub-agent

Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess at least graduated from SMIP / SMK Tourism
  • Understand ticket and hotel reservation procedure
  • Have a good communication skill
  • Familiar with web and email application
  • Has ability in problem solving, diligent and accurate
  • Ten fingers writing
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Honest and can work under pressure
  • Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work at Alam Sutera, South Tangerang & Sleman, Yogyakarta

Skill :

  • Having knowledge about GDS system (Galileo, Abacus & Altea) is a big plus
