Transforming Paper Ticket to E-Ticket Distribution Channel
Sriwijaya Air, the 3rd largest domestic airlines, previously using paper ticket in travel agent and does not having e-commerce website. Voltras develop Flute to support e-ticket distribution. System is equipped with payment gateway to ease the buying process. Flute brings a positive result in term of cash flow and revenue management. The end of the process, the system is aiming in load factor increase with effective and efficient cost.
